  How do I contact someone directly? This is ridiculous to not be able to do that after I see a charge on my account when I cancelled you in 2015. This is such a racket. I want to cancel, REMOVE MY PAYMENT INFO AND PERSONAL INFORMATION IMMEDIATELY. I want email confirmation if this. I am calling my bank to block all charges.
