I need to reset domain transfer

    We are transferring two domains to WordPress, which both are from the same registrant. I submitted them both around the same time. The second one sent the approval request to the old provider and they approved it making that domain active on WordPress. However, there is a bug with the one that was submitted first and our old provider hasn’t gotten an approval request. I need to cancel the transfer for the one in progress and resend it. I can’t afford to wait the full 14 days to have the system automatically reject it as our launch date was yesterday.

    Please, I really need help and there is an issue with my account that is not letting me get live chat support even though I have the entrepreneur plan. I can’t get a hold of anyone.
