  Hi there. I’m afraid we can’t help you in the forum with this. If the password reset doesn’t work, you will have to fill out the Account Recovery Form. There you’ll be able to provide an email address where staff can contact you. How long it takes depends on how many staff are on duty and how big a backlog exists, so please be patient after submitting the form. https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/#account-recovery-form

  But first please make sure that the email didn’t perhaps land in your spam/junk folder, or the social tab if you use Gmail.
