  What is the URL of the site with the problem?

  I hired a company to set the site up. I don’t know how to get it linked to the wp account. It’s designinprint.com

  Thanks for the additional info. The site designinprint.com appears to be a self-hosted WordPress (also called “.org”) site hosted on iPage.com, and not a site hosted on our WordPress.com service.

  You can confirm this by looking here: https://gwhois.org/designinprint.com+dns

  To clarify, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities, but the essential difference is that we don’t have access to all WordPress sites, only the ones hosted on our WordPress.com servers. See http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/ for more info.

  You can find support for your self-hosted WordPress site here: http://wordpress.org/support/

  You may also wish to contact Elementor.com directly for support as well, since the issue seems to be specific to their plugin
