  Hi there,

  Do you mean you want to give someone else access to your site’s dashboard? To do that, the other person will first need their own WordPress.com username account. Then you can invite them from Users ->Add New in the dashboard:

  If that’s not what you meant, can you describe in a bit more detail what you want to do?
