    WordPress.com does not have phone support. We offer livechat and email support for users with paid upgrades:

    And staff monitor the WordPress.com forums for issues that require staff assistance.

    Is there something specific that you are looking for help with?

    I am working with another provider at the moment but looking into an alternative… in need to talk to a rep to figure out if WordPress is the right one for us. We are a non profit charity in the US. We are growing and our needs have changed. Would love to talk to someone live (chat or over the phone) to make sure this is a good fit.     I am trying to set up a free .com site, http://www.scratchboardfiend.wordpress.com. I gave the wrong email address, cannot verify that address on the editing pages, and now can’t go forward with customizing the web site. I tried editing the media page to put in one of my other two emails, but the system keeps telling me those are already in use, so I can’t go that route. As far as I know I don’t have any other WordPress accounts, so I don’t know why my regular emails would be Taboo for the system. HELP! My regular email is (email visible only to moderators and staff).
