I have been fobbed off by the chatbot ALL DAY, and I have lost all will to live.
I built a website for my ex, he is the owner of the website, and up to last year, was paying the personal plan. UNTIL this year, when wordpress decided to list me as owner on the payment page and charge me instead! Which has created all sorts of problems with paypal I am still sorting! I need human help! I need him listed as the owner on the payment page, and then I need to be removed as admin, there is no option for that either. I am so angry with being fobbed off all day, I have cancelled all three of my own personal plans on my other websites, because I pay to have support access!!
