I need to speak to a human

I’ve been talking to the ai chatbot all day but all it tells me is to pay for a plan to then be able to speak to a human. I don’t want to pay for a plan I just want to talk to a human. I have an on going issue with a website owner. The website powered by WordPress. I’ve reported the situation on here but that hasn’t worked.
