    Hello, do you have any humans at your company who I can speak with on the phone about problems that this automated stuff CANNOT HELP?

    WordPress.com doesn’t have phone support as they are not in a call centre. Staff are spread out all over the planet. If you have a paid WordPress.com plan you have access to email and Livechat support with staff. If you have a free site help is provided here. If a volunteer can’t assist then a member of staff surely can,. What is the address of your site and what is the issue you are facing with a WordPress.com hosted site.
