I have been unable to recover an old account because I don’t have proof of ownership, and I evidently used a different email to create the site because my current email doesn’t work. I know the username but cannot remember the password. Extremely frustrating, because there are photos of me (and others) as well as work that I completed that are on the blog (context – it was created for a final project for a program years ago) and I want to take them all down at this point in time. The documents included on the blog have always belonged to my current email, and most of the photos on the site are personal photos.
Though extremely frustrating, I understand that I can’t get the account back because I can’t figure out about what email address was used, and I may not even have access to it. It is not clear to me what next steps would be appropriate in order for my likeness and my work to no longer appear, and the whole process of trying to contact someone at WordPress who will help me is an endless loop of frustration. Can I report the site for copyright infringement based on the fact that I am not authorizing the use of my work and photos any longer?
It’s also been mentioned several times that WordPress can mark the site private so that personal photos and info do not appear to the public. I have no idea how to request this because I have only been able to get unclear instructions from a bot. I need to speak to a person ASAP to get this resolved!

I tried the options suggested and it didn’t work. I got an email from a Happiness Engineer at some point saying that I could request that the site be made private, and I have been scouring my email for it. Unfortunately, I have not been able to locate that email, either, which I cannot figure out why because I have the original automated responses from that first post. In light of all this, I have followed up by creating this post because I have exhausted other options beforehand (I have tried to contact the help, password help and legal email addresses for WordPress, but have not been able to resolve the issue and have not received responses in some cases).
How can I make a formal request for the aforementioned blog to be marked private?

To clarify, the information provided by the bot on sites being made private led me to this link: https://wordpress.com/support/privacy-settings/
This is only helpful for people who have access to their account. Can I get some assistance with how to request this formally in another manner?

@aisajib Would you be able to help me here?? My apologies for not following up on your response to my previous forum post, I was not aware that I had to. The recovery form does not work in my case, and I emailed the passwordhelp address. As mentioned, I received a response from a Happiness Engineer at some point that said I could request the site be made private, but I cannot locate that email. It seems I am having a lot of tech issues, worsened by the fact that I took so long to follow up on the matter. Would really appreciate some help with a formal request for WordPress to mark the site private.
