    I have several issues:
    1. I received notice that I need to pay my yearly and I could not get in. I could not sign into the particular domain and manage from there. In my main page I could not find it either.
    2. I set up that site a while ago. I did not publish it, because I have not launched that business yet, or finished the site, yet it seems to have been live or is now because when I google the word it shows up. Also, when I click on it, I can see the whole thing, until it goes to blank and says it’s no longer active. The name and the site seem to be out there, and I haven’t launched. This is very disturbing as you can imagine.
    3. If I am able to renew here somehow, that would be great, but there needs to be some changes, and I’m hoping you can help me out.
    a) I need to make it private b) I need to know where to manage from or make the access from the correct site (which I originally made independent so it would not show up on my original site here that I am writing from). Perhaps it was set up improperly and that is why I was not able to renew form anywhere.
    4. Please let me know why I paid $26 which included domain mapping. I bought the domain from wordpress so why am I charged for mapping? And this is the most expensive domain I have seen, again it might have been set up wrong.
    5. I need an additional domain and don’t want these issues in the future. Do I set up an new account separately because clearly this past option did not work for me.
    Sorry for all these questions. It would be really great to speak to a human, as I am very worried about my privacy, business. In the meantime, I will continue to read forums and try to familiarize myself with blogging protocol and practice.

    Please confirm the exact URL starting with http:// of the wordpress.COM hosted site you refer to please?

    And, exactly which wordpress.COM username account registered that site?

    This is wordpress.COM support. I’m asking because we cannot accurately answer questions posted here until we have confirmed the URL referred to and verified the hosting.

    We provide support only for wordpress.COM hosted sites. Our support docs do not apply to
    (1) local installs of wordpress.ORG software on your own server or
    (2) wordpress.ORG software installs on paid hosting, and we do not provide support for them at wordpress.COM.

    Also, note that we do not provide Jetpack support https://jetpack.me/support/ for sites linked to wordpress.COM accounts with the Jetpack plugin so they display on the My Sites wordpress.com account page.

    When we need Staff help with wordpress.COM issues that Volunteers cannot resolve like this one we type modlook into the sidebar tags on our forum threads. I did that for you.     We’d be happy to answer you other questions here, but since you aren’t very comfortable discussing the details here, can you just reply to that notice, assuming it came from wordpress.com? We typically respond within a business day.

    Reply to what notice? If it’s one above I have don that but, there are like 25 topics. I have no idea where to find mine. I’m really confused with this process. I spoke with someone before. Why can’t wordpress take calls?
