  Is it possible you made your purchase under a different login? What is the URL of the site associated with the upgrade you are needing help with? You shared in your original message that the issue was with latestautismnews.com but I’m wondering if the spelling is correct? The reason I ask is because I noticed thatlatestautismnews.com is currently for sale.
