  I’m not getting anywhere with wordpress to cancel my subscription, is there a phone number to call?

However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into refunding the subscription purchase.

  Hello I need help with my blog. It shows that I need to verify my email and when I try it won’t go through. I do not know what to do.

  Also, there is a !disable for transfer and I am not transferring anything. Please help
