  I have paid for a website design http://www.thecirlcleoflife.org.uk and have the password for it, i need it to go live and be in control of it instead of the company that was paid to design the site for me

  I don’t have a site with WordPress.com yet

  I’m sorry that you site is not live. Moreover, this is WordPress.com support forum. We cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted in different server, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.

  Your hosting provider’s support team may be able to assist you.
