I need to speak with someone about a refund

I canceled domain mapping on my account shortly after I saw that I was charged. I was informed that I would be getting a refund since it was within 2 days. That was back on 11/21/2016 & as of today I have not seen the $13.00 refund come through. Please advise on this issue.

Hi @beeserene, I can see the refund is fully processed from this side, but it can sometimes take a few business days for your bank to route everything back and post to your account.
If you don’t see it after 5 business days or so, can you get in touch with the bank or card company to see if they can push that through on their end?
