  I have to start with a free site then I plan to upgrade once I have money. I have a very specific domain name I need to use, but when I try to get a free site using the domain name, I can’t.

  If you want to start for free as of now you can create your site using a free domain like (example.wordpress.com) once you are ready for an upgrade then you can add your domain to your site.
