I need to stop auto renew

  Hi there! Hopefully this will be my last question. I’ve been here for four years and have been happy with the Premium plan and the registered domain – that is… not the free one. I have just moved to WordPress.org, but would like to leave the old blog running to the end of the subscription, which runs out in April next year.

  I understand I can’t disable the auto-renew, so would someone be kind enough to do that for me please? Presumably everything will then just disappear on WordPress.com if I ignore the reminders?

  You don’t actually need to post on the forums for this question, if you go to https://wordpress.com/help/contact, it will contact the experts directly and they will walk through the cancellation with you.

  Your plan includes the domain myelementsblog.com. If the plan isn’t renewed, both that and the domain will expire.
