I need to switch off my wix site and make my WordPress site live. but I have questions

  #1 – how do I do this. #2 – we have email addresses that were created at Wix. they are @olioveto.com – will these still work, when we switch of the site? If not, how do we make them work fine? Help?

  We have a guide on importing the content here:

  Import from Wix

  Once that’s done and your site is set up as you like it, you can add the domain as well, either by mapping it or transferring it to our registrar.

  Since you’ll need a plan prior to adding the domain, I actually recommend going ahead and adding it as you’re importing, just so you’ll have all of your plan’s customization options available. The plan will also give you access to direct support.

  Re: the email addresses, you can work with Wix to get the account transferred to Google, and you’ll just renew your email fees through them going forward. Then we’d just need to make sure the settings are all transferred over here as well.
