  Understand what word press is. I am not here to install it to my site its already part of go daddy. Dont need to pay for anything. Already did . Quit asking for payment

  It seems that you have confused the two versions of WordPress.

  WordPress.com is the hosted version. The basic version is free and you don’t have to pay for anything.

  The the self hosted version of WordPress (the one that you need to install on your host e.g.: GoDaddy), is different. This guide outlines all the differences between WordPress.com and self hosted WordPress: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
