I need to talk or chat with a person for help

    I’m trying to create a site/blog, and I’m trying to read the guides, but there seems to be countless ‘get started’ pages on this site, and I have no idea what the right one is, and none of them answer my questions. There’s too much lingo, text, and too many links and directions to go in. I want to talk or chat with someone and explain the questions I have, and get answers from a person, and NOT simply point me to more links. I learn best through visual aides, or talking to someone. The step by step guides, or automatically generated answers to questions when I search them aren’t helping.

    I mostly need help making and customizing the page, so it appears the way I want it to, and links and menus send people to where I want them to go. I need some very focused yes/no/do-this answers that are straight to the point, and not filled with other content.

    Wordpress.com doesn’t have phone support. Live Chat is only available to people who bought a wordpress.com plan. WordPress.com only give support for technical problems but doesn’t help building a site.
