  There was a corporate change and the entire website (mediaglobeplanetarium.com) is deleted. I have back-up files but I need help accessing the account to upload them. I have credentials but can’t seem to log on.

  mediaglobeplanetarium.com is hosted by godaddy. You have posted to the wrong support forum. We cannot help you here at WordPress.com with that site as it’s not being hosted by WordPress.com and we run on different software. This is the correct forum for your software http://wordpress.ORG/support/
