  I had 3 blogs setting up and trying out different themes, I stopped 1, but would like to use it;s address instead of the one I am using. The one I stopped is still there. but blank,

  Please post all of the URLs starting with http:// for the blog involved and clearly describe what you want to achieve and we will be happy to help you.

  What do you mean by “stopped”? Deleting a blog is forever, the URL cannot be recycled and reused. That’s why 3 warnings are given and why a vertfication link in an email that must be clicked is sent in order to accomplish deletion.
