Your domain does not seem to be registered with WordPress.COM, you need to contact your registrar

Domain Mapping will also need to be renewed here at WordPress.COM

Sorry I think I gave you the wrong info it is
Openbusinessperspective.com as the primary domain and included in the site openbusinesperspectives.wordpress.com

I am assuming that it is not working because we need to pay but there may be another reason.

openbusinessperspective.com – does not seem to be registered – are you sure of the spelling?

The domain needs to be either renewed or registered depending on which spelling is correct

Your domain, openbusinessperspectives.com, was never registered at WordPress.com. Rather, you used the domain mapping upgrade here to connect your already registered domain to your WordPress.com site.

A WHOIS search reveals that your domain is registered through Easyspace.com. I recommend you try renewing through them.

Thank You Chris for your help I have just gone to Easy space and discovered that the domain name was set up by a colleague who has left and that is why we were having problems. Your help has been invaluable as I was as you can guess totally lost. Best wishes Janet

Chris, I have a similar problem:

Trying to change http://www.daleisip.wordpress.com to
http://www.daleisip.com.

Get the following message:

“The domain name you entered is already mapped to a WordPress.com blog.”

This is because I own http://www.daleisip.com under username dalesisip or Sixpuns.com [www.sixpuns.wordpress.com].

How do I change it?

The blog I need help with is daleisip.wordpress.com.

I have mistakenly changed my domain name which is “cameroonforafricaeshop.com”.
I no more see it appear online and I don’t know what to do do.
I have bought a 3 years subscription.
It is going for more than a month now.

@fongildas: That domain name seems to be registered with BlueHost, and was never registered here. If you still own that domain, you’d need to contact your registrar.
