I need to talk to someone at WP about my individual account

    My main WP site was removed, though the renewal has come through my bank. I cancelled the email that was listed as my contact email. So I am struggling to connect. Can someone please contact me regarding this. I would appreciate the help. Thank you! A phone number to call would helpful.

    Hello,

    What was the address of your main site?
    By renewal you mean that you were charged for a paid WordPress.com Plan?
    Do you remember the username and password for the account associated with the main website?

    Unfortunately your support options are Chat/Email if you have access to an account with a paid plan, otherwise you can use these forums.

    I have tagged this thread to have a member of the staff have a look to see if they can assist.
