i need to talk with a staff member

    i need to cencel my paid packged that is bound to this website.
    that website is my own and is have not the same admin as wordpress.com so i can’t cencel by my own. i have ask a staff member but he told me something i alread knew, then close the chat with out help me by cencel that . and another thing why isn’t wordpress valid and even some themes, and it some small Things that only need to be fixed.
