I need to talk with wordpress admin

  where is your contact us button in order to speak with WordPress administrators. Are we out here on a island I have a billing problem and questions. The only thing I see as a way to speak with a Word Press admin person is a chat window that just pops up once in a while Hey where are your guys that run Word press. How to we get in touch with the powers that be
