I need to transfer a blog from one WordPress account to another

  Hi there. I am helping someone out with a blog, and the person who managed it before registered it under their WordPress.com username. They don’t want to be involved anymore. How do I transfer the blog from their account to mine? Or how can they do it? I tried to find the answer online, but couldn’t come up with anything.
