I need to transfer my API key from wordpress.com to wordpress.org

  I need to transfer my API key from my wordpress.com site to my blogheidi.com site. I want to be able to track my stats. When I accessed my API key it said it was in use with my wordpress.com site. I don’t know how to disable it so that I can use the same key on my new site.

  I’m sorry, stats cannot be transferred from a WordPress.com blog to a self-hosted WordPress.org blog.

  However, you can add WordPress.com Stats to your self-hosted blog with our awesome new plugin Jetpack.
