I need to transfer my domain name over from GoDaddy to WordPress

  I purchased the domain mapping upgrade, but I need to speak to somebody for step by step instructions on the DNS records portion so I can get this going. There is no phone number on the website, so I would appreciate somebody calling me at 817-692-3154 soon, within the 48 time frame that I have to refund my money for the purchase. If I cannot map my website over, then I need to know that ASAP.

  Hi there,

  Unfortunately we don’t have any telephone support at this time, but I’ll certainly be happy to help out via trouble ticket as much as I can!

  I just took a quick look at your domain, and it looks like everything is set up on our end. All that you need to do now is get in touch with GoDaddy and change what is called your nameservers. You can give them a call if you’d like at (480) 505-8877 and they should be able to walk you through making this change within their system.

  The nameservers which you’ll need to set your domain to are:

  NS1.WORDPRESS.COM

  NS2.WORDPRESS.COM

  NS3.WORDPRESS.COM

  Once you’ve made that change you’ll need to wait between 1 and 24 hours for the changes to propagate throughout the internet, at which point your domain will be pulling up your site here at WordPress.com!
