I need to transfer my domain to this site.

    Hello – I need to transfer my domain to this website. I own dear-chloe.com and when trying to upgrade my wordpress site to Premium, I somehow managed to create a whole new wordpress site and assigned my domain to that one. I already cancelled the premium subscription for the new site, but need to transfer my domain to this one.

    Hi there! I do see that you created a domain connection here on WordPress.com to connect dear-chloe.com with your WordPress.com-hosted site dearchloecom.wordpress.com.

    You don’t appear to have any other WordPress.com-hosted sites on your account, aside from dearchloecom.wordpress.com.

    Just to check, were you intending to host the domain and site contents of dear-chloe.com here with us, or were you intending to use the free WordPress software (which comes from WordPress.org) with a different hosting platform?

    If it’s the latter, then that isn’t something we can really help with from here! You’d need to check in with your hosting platform in order to create a connection there for the dear-chloe.com domain.
