I need to transfer my followers and email subscribers from my wordpress.com

  Hi!
  I would love to move my subscribers from my wordpress.com blog (eltallerdemismemorias.wordpress.com) to my self-hosted wordpress.org blog (www.eltallerdemismemorias.com).

  I have already read the support site, and I have installed Jetpack plugin with Subscription mode on.

  Your WordPress.com subscribers and email followers have been transferred as requested.

  Please note that any WordPress.com followers who opted to receive email updates will need to re-subscribe again on your new site through the Jetpack signup box, otherwise they’ll only see new posts in their Reader. Non-WordPress.com email subscribers will continue to get email updates.
