I need to transfer my followers and email subscribers from my wordpress.com

  Hi!
  I would love to move my subscribers from my wordpress.com blog (historiasdelaindia.wordpress.com) to my self-hosted wordpress.org blog (www.historiasdelaindia.com).

  I have already read the support site, and I have installed Jetpack plugin with Subscription mode on.

  Hi – I wonder if you can help me? I created a static site in WP. Then more recently signed up to a host (ipage) and have linked (pointed) my domain names to this. However now of course I want to import my static WP pages into the host site. The host have said I need to create a back up before they can help me with this. Do you have any idea what I need to do (I am a novice). I don’t know what jetpack is?

  Provided you have installed and activated the JetPack plugin http://jetpack.me on your WordPress.org install, and you post the relevant URL(s) into a forum thread, Staff will do the transfer of both subscribers and stats for you. http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/moving-your-subscribers/#wordpress-com-to-self-hosted-site As you have done that I have tagged this thread for their attention.
