I need to transfer my plugins

So i was super excited with the Black Friday sale and I bought 2 plugins that I would need for my future WooCommerce site. Unfortunately I didn’t realise that I was logged in to a test email and it got bought under that account. I managed to change the account email to the correct account I want to use.

My problem now is I’m using a local webhost that is has WP built in the CPanel. I don’t know how to access this account WP account with the paid plugins on my local host. I’m not even sure if there’s 2 different accounts now. Please help otherwise I won’t be able to use the paid plugins.

    WP.com: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  • Can you log into the user account that purchased the WordPress.com plan? If so, the fastest way to sort this out would be to log into that account and then contact our livechat team here:

If you can’t log into it, let us know and we will see what we can do from here in the forums.

Hi! I managed to get it sorted via live chat last night. This was essentially what I needed to do on the WP account of my localhost
WP Admin > WooCommerce > Extensions > My Subscriptions > purple CONNECT button.

  • Great, I’m glad you were able to get the extensions connected to the correct site!
