I need to transfer ownership and all administrative rights to another user

  I need to leave a wordpress site, I think I’m the current owner and I cannot figure out how to transfer ownership and leave the site as an administrator. I have already assigned the new admin to the site, but I’m unable to remove myself.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  These are the instructions to transfer the site over to another WordPress.com user: https://en.support.wordpress.com/transferring-a-site-to-another-wordpress-com-account/

  Once the transfer is complete they can remove you from the site.
