  The instructions on your site do not work or are from former version of wordpress.

  Hi there. I think the confusion is that there are two areas we call the Dashboard. One is directly related to your account, and the other is directly related to your site. You will want to make the transfer from your site’s Dashboard.

  To enter your site’s Dashboard, go to:
  https://makedanvilleshine.wordpress.com/wp-admin/

  Then, in the left-hand menu bar, you’ll click My Blogs.

  You will see a list of your sites. Hover your cursor over the site address you want to transfer.
