  i dont have access because I have been locked out of my old username. my old username, when i reset pswd, the reset pswd email does not come to me, not sure where it goes, maybe site developer, whom i cannot get in touch with.
  i set up new username, but new username does not have access to website
  http://www.mccluresports.com is my site, but I cannot get into wordpress to work on current fatal error code

  Thanks for that info! That site is not hosted here at WordPress.com, so I’m not going to be able to transfer it to you, or help you regain access.

  I suggest you reach out to your webhost. According to your domain’s settings, I think Media Temple is your host:

  but can you PLEASE help me reset password for username that has access to the website.

  when i reset password, it will not send to me
  could you send me password reset form to my email? this will get me into wp

  Please note that WordPress.com accounts are different from the accounts you would use on your self managed WordPress site mccluresports.com. I can not help you log in to mccluresports.com.

  i got back in thru media temple. my question is that the proper email is on file for my account, but when i reset password for the username, i never receive the reset email. how can i fix this so this doesnt happen again?
