  I need to update contact information and I have privacy enabled. I am transferred ownership of the domain to another person.

  Hi there!

  In order to update your contact info with your domain, you’ll need to turn off Private Registration under the “Transfer Domain” tab. Then change your information under “Domain Contact”.

  Once you’ve made your changes, you can reenable Private Registration under the “Transfer Domain” tab.

  I have no idea what or how to do what you are asking about, however my son who knows how is able. I am new to all this.
