I need to update/edit data on the website

It is not intuitive or easy to identify how to edit existing data on our website. I don’t want to reinvent the wheel, I just want to make small changes.

Your website uufaithaction.org is not hosted on WordPress.com. It is using the open source WordPress software found on WordPress.org.
We’re able to help only with websites hosted on WordPress.com.
To clear up any confusion, there are 2 versions of WordPress. WordPress.com is a managed environment different from using the open source WordPress installation.
WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two, different entities: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
Your website is built on a Premium Theme name Prosperity. They have a good documentation which you can take a look.
Also, codex is a great place to start learning WordPress https://codex.wordpress.org/Getting_Started_with_WordPress
