I need to update my credit card. The "My Upgrades" page will not load.

  Please help me update my credit card information.
  I want to purchase a new domain. When I am in the purchase screen, it only allows me to use “previous card” and there is no option anywhere to change it.

  Hi there,

  On the purchase screen, you should see a tab for “Credit Card”, which will allow you to enter new credit card information. Here’s an example:

  Hello. It would not accept my Visa debit card as a “credit card” option. What I did was go to all of my previous auto-renewing debit card profiles and changed it there, thus giving me a new option to use the new card.

  Great! I’m glad you found a way to get this to work. When you say it wouldn’t accept your visa debit card as an option, could you clarify? Were you receiving an error message of some sort?

  Yes. It said “Invalid Card Type” .

  Thanks for clarifying! That normally means your bank blocked the transaction for some reason. This could be due to insufficient funds, incorrect billing address, or a number of other reasons. If you experience this again, please let us know!
