  our web host has informed me i need to update our ip address, as our site is currently down. can you help me

  Of what site are you speaking?

  You’re posting in the support forums for the hosting provider, WordPress.com, and the only site you own with us is the free site, http://votawagency.wordpress.com/. It’s not possible to update the IP address for a free WordPress.com site.

  If you tell us your site’s URL, we might be able to point you to the right place to get help with this.
