I need to update the url used by wp.me shortlinks

  My WordPress site location has changed from http://www.stonehillproductions.com/2014 to http://www.stonehillproductions. I need the shortlinks to update automatically. To change each individually will be very time-consuming. Is there a way for me to update the url in the Jetpack settings? If not, can you do it for me?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate and different http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
