I need to update WooCommerce files in a theme I bought – where are directories?

  I also need to update two WooCommerce files that were not updated in the theme that I bought and then updated, but I don’t know where these directories are. The directions say this: Example: To override the admin order notification, copy: woocommerce/templates/emails/admin-new-order.php to yourtheme/woocommerce/emails/admin-new-order.php I have no idea how to do this. Please help!

  Another page giving me directions said I need to do this: “To fix it, copy the default template from wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/templates/[path-to-the-template] and paste it in your theme folder.” WHERE ARE THESE FOLDERS?!
