  i am trying to upgrade but you refuse my postal code i am putting 00961 and u are refusing it.so do u have any special code for beirut that u accept?

  Which country are you in? What is the postal code? This thread is tagged for Staff follow-up. They run it through http://www.geopostcodes.com/ to find the correct format.
