I need to upgrade my plan.

    I’ve now reached out 3 times to upgrade my plan from premium to business. All three times I’ve been told I would be contacted by WordPress via email and I still have yet to hear anything. It’s been two weeks. I need to upgrade my plan today and speak with someone immediately.

    Hi there,

    We replied to you via email on 24 March after a member of our expert community routed your support ticket to us. If you didn’t receive our reply, it might have gone into your email’s spam folder.

    If you’re speaking of profileincourageaward.org, you are not the owner of the premium plan on that site. Only the shnmcdjfk account that owns the site and its associated upgrades can renew or otherwise modify that upgrade.

    If that is also your account, log out of the zduffyprecision account, and log back in as shnmcdjfk, and you’ll be able to upgrade to the Business Plan.

    If that is not your account, you’ll need to contact the owner of that account and either have them buy the upgrade, or else have them transfer ownership of the site and upgrades to you, if you should be the one managing this site going forward.

    shmcdjfk is no longer with our company. We will need to transfer ownership without logging into her account or contacting her.

    We can only do that at the site owner’s request.

    So there is no way to update the site plan — despite being an admin already?

    The only way to recover access to that account is by filling the information requested in the Account Recovery form:

    If you don’t have any of that, then we won’t be able to grant you access to that account.
