I need to upgrade my plan but the page is blank

The plans page in my wordpress dashboard is blank & isn’t loading the plans for me to select from and purchase.

Hi there, did you try upgrading from the Plans&Pricing page?
If you are still encountering an issue, please post back here. But first make sure you are using an up to date browser and 3rd party cookies are enabled.

Yes, Please see the screenshot for reference. I login and go to my “Upgrades” menu option and select “Plans” and then it’s just a blank white page…

I have cleared the cache and cookies, updated my browser, tried using both Chrome and Safari browsers, I have enabled the 3rd party cookies, and updated my computer and it keeps giving me the same issue.

Thanks for that screenshot. Are you logged in with an Admin account on that site? That screenshot is missing a lot of dashboards, like Posts, Pages, Comments, etc.
If you are logged in as Admin, have you tried turning off any browser extensions or tried from a Private browsing window?

Also, there’s a notification at the top of your screenshot to complete domain setup. So it seems you did upgrade(?).
