I need to upgrade the plan but not working

Hello.
On the website I need help with, I once upgraded to a business plan, canceled that, and now I would like to upgrade to a personal plan.
However, when I try to upgrade them, it shows that “sorry, that plan is not compatible with this site.”
I think i have the same issue as the page below

For our page too, it is significant that the domain is not affected. Could I have help on the revert so that I am able to upgrade to a personal plan please.

I see that you upgraded to the Business plan first and installed plugins, which activated hosting features like real-time automatic backups and more. Are you sure you’d like to restore the site to its previous state (before you upgraded to Business)?

Regarding the domain, I see that you started to transfer it, but the transfer was rejected. This is likely because the domain still has privacy protection enabled for WHOIS details at GoDaddy. You will need to turn off privacy protection and try again.
Please confirm if you’d like me to revert the site. I’ll do that, and then you can upgrade to a yearly WordPress.com plan that includes the first year’s domain registration or transfer. You can use the free domain credit to transfer your domain. We’ll refund the domain transfer cost that was kept.

Hello.
Thank you for your reply and your help. I will confirm to revert the site so I can upgrade from there. The reason is that we decided to decrease some feature on our website so personal plan looks like the sufficient one now. Though we might consider upgrading again in the future, but for now we would like to go with the personal plan.
I have noted on the domain circumstance as well. I will let my team know about it, I appreciate your help.
