    My site is about voice over. I need to add specific audio files and video files to every post.
    I need to accept audio files from prospective contributors and querents. I need to provide a substantial list of questions on a side bar of my landing page, and each line item is a hyper text to the response page. I need to employ the navigation in the header, one for a talent directory, another for a support directory and a third that acts as a biography of the admins.. I am certain that all of these things are do-able but my degree in HTML and CSS is from 2005. I don’t recognize some of what I see here. I need to move quickly, and that necessitates a live person on the other end for at least one session. I’m happy to pay whatever reasonable fee is required.
