  I need verbal assistance. I’m recovering from Covid since January 21st but was hospitalised for 2 months. 2 weeks of that I was intubated and 2 weeks more in critical care. I still struggle with memory loss. I use the microphone to help me when writing. Someone called my cell and I was partially asleep. She gave me a name to contact, I think. She had a beautiful accent which made it difficult for me to understand. I usually have my husband around to help me.

  Wordpress.com doesn’t have phone support so it wasn’t certainly not someone from wordpress.com calling you.
  We can only help with sites running on rhe wordpress.com platform. What is the URL of your site?

  Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your website. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.

  To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/

  WordPress.org has complete documentation for self-hosted/installed versions of WordPress.org at https://wordpress.org/support/ and support at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

  They do not provide phone support either though.
