I need WordPress support not the forum

    I paid for my site to be up and as of yesterday it is no longer there. I don’t know what happened. Something on the backend is wrong. How do I speak to someone not in the forum.

    Correct account: Yes

    It looks like your site is using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but is hosted with another webhost. In your case, that is hostgator.

    We’re only able to provide support for WordPress websites that are hosted by us here at WordPress.com. You’ll want to contact hostgator’s support team and ask them what is going on.
