I need your help! I can no longer view or access my blog.

    I have upgraded to Premium one hour ago and have registered my domain (realcoolmedia.com). I have also set it as the primary website.
    Since then I can no longer view or access my blog, neither on the with old .wordpress.com domain nor with the new .com domain.
    I really depend on this blog and any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi, so if you do need help you probably have a few options such as email WordPress or call them, notify them with what’s happening.

    Probably try logging in, see what it says, and I’m pretty sure there has to be something to help you

    But the first option is the best

    Try finding their company email or number

    -fluent in fun :)

    realcoolmedia, this is normal. Panic-inducing but normal. The blog will settle down in a few hours, by morning at the latest.

    Or is there another blog you are having trouble with

    note to flu – no phone support here – you just sent the OP on a useless waste of time searching for a phone number that does not exist
